How long does it take to receive my shipment?

It usually takes 2-4 working days for you to receive your order. Of course, how quickly something is processed also depends on the shipping service provider.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is completely free within Germany, regardless of the value of the goods. You can find a detailed list for international shipping above.

What should I do if I received a faulty item?

Quality is our top priority. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please send a photo of the item and your order number to our customer service, or via WhatsApp on +49176 4295 8930. Our colleagues will then deal with your request promptly and refund your money or send you a new item.
