Quality is our top priority. If you want to return your order or have received a damaged or faulty item, please send a photo of the item and your order number to our customer service at kundenservice@leif-nelson.de. Our colleagues will then deal with your request promptly and refund your money or send you a new item.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email. If tracking is possible, this email will also contain a link to our delivery service provider and a tracking number for your shipment, which you can use to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Shipping within Germany

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We process orders within 5-10 working days depending on the shipping location, excluding weekends and holidays.
If your order is successful, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kundenservice@leif-nelson.de with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We address these cases directly and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as quickly as possible.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is completely free within Germany, regardless of the value of the goods. You can find a detailed list for international shipping above.

How long does it take to receive my shipment?

It usually takes 2-4 working days for you to receive your order. Of course, how quickly something is processed also depends on the shipping service provider.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Please note that the courier company may charge a re-routing fee for the address change.
